Neufund receives clearance from Liechtenstein Regulator for Token Offerings

Neufund- fintech startup launched public offering on its tokenized equity platform. This is after they received a clearance from Liechtenstein financial regulator.

Compared to other tokenized financial products like initial coin offerings, Neufund’s product is legally binding equity in a firm.
The first retail public offering that’s being launched is Greyp, an electric mobility platform and said to that $16 Million in capital has been deployed on the platform to date.
The Company’s protocol is based on Ethereum Blockchain with Custom smart contract built-in house on the ERC-20 token standard. Neufund is based in Berlin, and developing codebase since 2016. They are one of most active participants on the ETH network.
